This level of membership has the following:
Requirements
1) Requirements for bronze and gold plus
2) Have minimum 4000 points,
3) And successfully complete:
3.1 Researched 1500 words opinion piece requested from Baobab
3.2 Submit artwork and/or poetry of sufficent standard
Privileges/ Rewards
1) Able to enter competitions (level 1, 2 and 3)
2) Able to teach workshops in your area
3) Preferential access to baobab reporter/writer or country coordinator opportunities
Competition 3
Prizes are cash, travel and current techno toys, books, etc
Able to do an intro to Baobab workshops and activity orientation (one hour)
Deepen the learning of young people / could involve exercises/ some production/ it is not just a member talking to youth but approaching it more as a learning environment for workshop attendants. Facilitators should be able to orientate new comers as well as introduce existing members to ACTIVITIES one can do on the website.
Run Baobab workshops as paid facilitator
Silver level members having completed the game 2 and finished a small country site plan, and a piece on why they want to be a Baobab coordinator will be considered for applications when coordinator vacancies arise.
Able to apply for unpaid internship (3 months)
Silver level members having completed the game 2 and finished a small country site plan, and a piece on why they want to be a Baobab coordinator will be considered for applications when coordinator vacancies arise.
Able to become a Baobab Country Coordinator
